Experience
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Oregon. I have been providing therapy for over a decade and have worked with a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationships, and grief. My goal is to provide a safe, accepting environment to help you resolve issues that are preventing you from finding happiness in your life.
I also have special expertise working with trauma survivors, including women, veterans, and adolescent children. Having devoted several years of my clinical training to learning the most up-to-date and research supported therapies for PTSD, I am one of the few counselors in Eugene who offers these trauma focused therapies. You can read more about them on this website.
As a former Peace Corps volunteer who has lived and traveled abroad extensively, I am also very interested in multicultural issues such as ethnic identity development, sexual orientation, intergenerational issues, and discrimination.
